The mobile batch plant is ideal for remote locations and frequent moves. Future central mix capability offers higher productivity. The telescoping fifth wheel and hinged columns allow the plant to be erected with only a front-end loader. The gravity feed cement surge hopper is continuously fed by two recirculating screw conveyors.

Gravity Feed Surge Hopper
225 BBL Silo with Gravity fed cement surge storage hopper. Cement is batched by gravity from the surge section with two screw conveyors replenishing the surge section.
Concrete Aggregate Bins
Low profile aggregate bins (T-style) enable ramping up for material loading or for use with a conveyor in-line.
Single Trailer Transport
Single trailer with telescoping fifth wheel hitch and axles with air brakes allows for easy transportation and erection.
