The CON-E-CO® 448-454 batch plant models are built with superior structural strength and operate from a monolithic slab foundation in lieu of piers for less foundation cost and expandable storage capability options.
The aggregate bin can be located in line or 90 degrees to the center line of the plant. The charging conveyors can be located in the same fashion allowing the footprint to change with the property layout.
- Two, round cement storage silos mount on the plant, and each silo can be split into two compartments each
- Raked discharge gate design reduces horsepower requirements
- Optional 54-inch mixer charging conveyor offers faster charging and shorter cycle time for increased productivity
- Optional water tank 3,500 gallon water storage tank mounted on the plant
448L-454L
The 448L and 454L batch plant is built for high productivity. The plant does not need to be raised to charge transit mixers. The aggregate bin can be located in line or 90 degrees to the center line of the plant. The charging conveyor can be located in the same fashion allowing the footprint to change with the property layout.
- Quick dump valve eliminates the discharge of air through the solenoid valve to allow the gate to quickly close
- Break-away aggregate batcher discharge gates assure smooth opening and require less power
- Pre-plumbed at the factory to eliminate multiple field connections
448L-454L DUAL MIXERS
If you require all of the performance of the 448L and 454L batch plant and then some, consider a Dual Mixer configuration. These plants offer two mixers for even higher productivity. The plant does not need to be raised to charge transit mixers.
As with other plants in the 400 Series, the aggregate bin can be located in line or 90 degrees to the centerline of the plant. The charging conveyor can be located in the same fashion allowing the footprint to change with the property layout.
