The Train-the-Trainer course is a four-day, hands-on program that combines instruction on the psychology of learning with general classroom teaching techniques and practical application exercises. It provides participants with a structured process for developing training courses and a standardized format for delivering instruction. Participants will receive electronic copies of these templates for use in their own training environments.
