Gundlach Crushers offer a range of Multi-Roll Crushers known for their precise product sizing, minimal fines, and excellent dimensional control. These are the only crushers able to produce cubical product with uniform sizing and less fines and come in four model series.
Overview
The 2050D Multi-Roll Crusher Pro is part of the Gundlach 2000 Series — the original double-stage roll crusher technology that changed the industry. Designed for materials with compressive strengths up to 55 MPa (8,000 PSI), it excels in applications requiring controlled top size without slabbing or excess fines.
Unlike impact-style crushers, the 2050D crushes through compression and intermeshing roll teeth. The upper roll set pre-breaks material, while the lower continuous-tooth rolls precisely size the product. Positive roll timing maintains constant roll relationship for consistent output and dimensional accuracy.
Slow roll speeds and low horsepower requirements reduce operational costs while maintaining throughput — a hallmark advantage of Gundlach Crushers.
