Overview
The 45WBEH EnduraHog Flextooth® represents the next generation of Jeffrey Rader hammermill technology. Designed specifically to handle tougher materials, the Flextooth® configuration combines roll and impact crushing characteristics to deliver high capacity, compression-style reduction, and minimized fines production.
The “45” designates the 45 Series size platform, while “WBEH” identifies the wood hog configuration. However, the Flextooth® model is widely used across mining, aggregates, forestry products, recycling, and industrial material processing applications.
Large front and rear swing-open access doors provide complete rotor access without hydraulic cylinders or chute removal — significantly reducing downtime and improving safety during inspections and maintenance.
Built with rugged all-steel construction, fully lined housing, and integral metal trap protection, the 45WBEH is engineered for performance, endurance, and long-term value.
