Gundlach Crushers Cage-Paktor

The Cage-Paktor^® is a compact powerhouse designed for efficient, selective crushing. Unlike traditional screen-based crushers, it relies on concentric steel cages with multiple rows of impact bars to selectively reduce oversized particles while allowing in-size material to pass through unchanged.

Crushing performance is governed primarily by cage speed (RPM) — the only variable controlling output size — enabling operators to fine-tune product specifications with minimal complexity.

Available in two primary configurations:

• 1C3R – One rotating cage with three rows of striking surfaces
• 2C4R – Two counter-rotating cages with four rows of striking surfaces

The dual rotating cage (2C4R) configuration achieves reduction ratios from 25:1 up
to 40:1 for finer product targets around 2 mm, while the single rotating cage (1C3R)
configuration delivers up to 18:1 reduction for 4–6 mm applications.
